  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    You can schedule an appointment on Vagaro, or you can call our salon at 513 486 1711 to check the availability of your preferred stylist or esthetician.
  • I booked an appointment online but have not received a confirmation
    You are welcome to book appointments online, however the staff must approve the request before you are officially on the schedule. If your appointment request is denied, the salon will call you to help you reschedule your requested appointment. When your appointment has been approved, you will get a confirmation text. If you are unsure, please give us a call, we are always happy to answer any questions you may have!
  • Why are children not allowed?
    With sharp tools and chemical treatments being in use frequently, we ask you to leave your children at home for their own safety. Some appointments last a few hours and young children are not able to be under constant supervision to prevent damages or injury. Individuals who bring their children will be asked to leave and reschedule for a day when they have childcare outside the salon for the full duration of the appointment.
  • Why are men not allowed?
    We do not allow men in our salon to respect the privacy of our clients and co-workers who wear hijabs that are removed during hair services. If it is necessary for reasons such as pick up, or drop off, we ask they wait in their car or outside the front door.
  • What kind of products do you use?
    All of our products are organic and vegan. primarily we use products from Eminence, Aveda, All Nutrient, and GK. All of our products available for purchase at the front desk.
  • What if I am not happy with my service?
    If you are unhappy with your service, please let our front desk staff know before you leave, or call our phone number afterwards so we can schedule you a new appointment or issue a refund based on the situation and with owner approval. Our goal is for you to leave feeling happy and relaxed after your appointment, so if you have any problems, please let us know so we can make it right.
